- ➤ CDC data shows overall flu test positives declined from 32% to 25% nationally, but some areas such as Montana show rates as high as 40% (per official reports). - ➤ Realtors in Great Falls say rising interest rates and low inventory are making it hard for buyers and renters to secure homes in 2026—experts note that listings improved from pre-COVID lows yet affordability still poses challenges. KXLH
- ➤ Realtors report that a scarce supply of homes and rising interest rates are making it harder for many Great Falls residents to afford housing. Although available listings have grown from 16 to 183 a month, buyers and renters still face steep pressures in a recovering, pre-pandemic market. KRTV
