  • The Great Falls Animal Shelter is seeking dog walkers to help shelter dogs get exercise during National Walk Your Dog Month. Volunteers can call the shelter at 1010 25th Avenue NE + support a program that boosts the dogs' well-being and adoptability.  KRTV
  • United Way Cascade County seeks volunteers for the homeless count to gather local data. Volunteers may train on Monday, Jan. 26 or Wednesday, Jan. 28 then meet at NeighborWorks GF on Thursday, Jan. 29 from 5 to 8 p.m. or Friday, Jan. 30 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.  KRTV

  • Founded 10 years ago by Candace English, The Farmer’s Daughter Fibers has grown into a family-run yarn shop at 320 Central Avenue drawing knitters from near and far.
