Panera Bread will open in February at 1322 10th Avenue South and Texas Roadhouse starts on Feb. 9 at 1216 10th Avenue South, while Pomodoro, Xóchitl, and Little Light Coffee Co. & Mini Donuts have opened, and more projects are in planning. - ➤ The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service now has until Dec 28 to decide on delisting grizzly bears as threatened. A federal judge extended the original January deadline amid proposals from Montana, Wyoming and Idaho for state-level management. Montana Public Radio

- ➤ Cascade County Board of Health approved a letter asking the Great Falls City Commission to revisit its fixed $250,000 annual contribution as rising costs threaten early-intervention programs. - ➤ During a Feb. 4 meeting, the Cascade County health board asked the city to raise its $250,000 contribution to the City-County Health Department to help cover a $607,959 deficit.
