- ➤ The Little Shell Chippewa Tribe will open its new ceremonial center on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 11:30 a.m. at 1315 Stuckey Road + the facility will host tribal meetings, community meals, and cultural events as part of a broader housing project. KXLH

- ➤ School maintenance directors told lawmakers that schools face a severe funding shortage for basic upkeep. Helena Public Schools’ deferred maintenance exceeded $100 million, and a national report found Montana spends $100 million less annually than needed for repairs + routine upkeep. Montana Public Radio
