- ➤ Great Falls Public Library prepares its annual book sale to support its services on May 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, and 16 at 301 Second Avenue North. The library accepts gently used donations each Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the alley entrance until Saturday (April 25). KRTV

- ➤ BlackedOut406 taxi service will close tomorrow, March 6, reducing transportation options in Great Falls. Local rideshare provider Godzilla406 Rides and a new limo and party bus service plan to fill the gap + residents are advised to plan ahead for airport trips and early rides as availability may vary. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Great Falls Public Schools Board completed its annual review today and said Superintendent Heather Hoyer met the board's key benchmarks based on her self-outlined criteria and observed performance. Hoyer, who previously taught science and led a school, is under contract through spring (2027). KRTV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Great Falls International Airport began expanding today with a new gate and outdoor deck to offer more options for travelers as airlines switch to larger aircraft. Construction will finish in early July and officials say new routes and a possible new airline will come in 2027. KRTV
