Great Falls Home and Garden Show returns to Montana ExpoPark through Sunday.

The 46th annual event brings home improvement vendors and local contractors (including a veteran-owned candle company donating 10% of sales to support the Montana Vet Program) as homeowners seek ideas for seasonal repairs.

Great Falls Park and Recreation will hold a waterfowl release at Gibson Pond at 10:30 a.m. on April 3, an Easter egg hunt at Lions Park on April 4 with 10,000 eggs, and the 46th Ice Breaker road race on April 26 — packet pickup is at the Civic Center.

The Maclean-Cameron Animal Adoption Center at 900 25th Avenue NE in Great Falls highlights adoptable pets Scooby and Penelope; Scooby, a 5-year-old needing constant care, and senior Penelope, who seeks a calm home, are ready for adoption (call 406-727-7387 to learn more).

Updates in Great Falls include River and Range Bistro opening as a pop-up at Columbus Center on May 1, offering locally sourced fare on weekends; GFPS is inviting fans to free baseball openers at Cash Warren/Don Olson Field today; and Historic Preservation Award nominations for local landmarks are due April 7.

River & Range Bistro will open on May 1 in Great Falls at Saibeens Kitchen on the second floor of the Columbus Center (1601 Second Avenue North) as a limited pop-up serving modern, house-made, locally sourced fare on Fridays and Saturdays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Vogue Bubble Tea & Coffee Bar, a Texas-based business, is set to expand after its Great Falls store (opened in December 2024 inside a Walmart) proved a hit.

New locations will offer bubble tea, specialty coffee, and pastries while boosting local beverage options.

Haunted Scoops (a Halloween-themed ice cream shop) is serving family-friendly ghostly treats at 1900 Fourth Street NE after opening two weeks ago and over a decade of planning to bring spooky fun to the community.
