- ➤ On Tuesday, CASA-CAN volunteers planted 224 pinwheels outside Cascade County courthouse to honor children in care who experienced abuse and neglect—highlighting the county’s high rate of child abuse per capita. The group said it needs more volunteers and funding to serve all foster children in the area. KRTV
