- ➤ The Great Falls Animal Shelter will host an online auction from April 20 to 26 to fund essential shelter services (medical care, food, enrichment and adoption efforts). Businesses and individuals can also join the Build the Best Basket Challenge by creating themed baskets before April 15. KXLH
- ➤ The Great Falls Park and Recreation Department hosted its annual waterfowl release at Gibson Pond on Monday, April 6 at 10:30 a.m. Rescheduled from April 3 due to snow, the event let locals view birds returning from winter shelter (Honker Hilton). KXLH

- ➤ Great Falls Museums Consortium will host its annual Sunday Sampler on April 14 from noon to 4:00 p.m. at 12 museums. The free event includes a scavenger hunt that offers prizes for visitors with stamped flyers (instructions available at the first museum visited). KRTV
