- ➤ Great Falls held its annual Ice Breaker Road Race on Sunday when streets were blocked for five, three, and one-mile races with over 2000 runners participating; Park and Recreation is adding an ADA-accessible playground at Morony Park and will offer a free 5k series on Rivers Edge Trail this summer (a move to boost community activities). - ➤ On April 22, the city planning board voted to annex 27.03 acres and zone for Upslope Development's Meadowview Village, a 163-lot single family housing project on the east side with planned green spaces, a community center, playground, and indoor sports court. The plan now goes to the City Commission for approval & is designed to add attainable housing while using private roadways to keep city resources in check. The Electric
- ➤ Montana lawmakers debated SB 535, a bill to create experimental treatment centers that extend the state’s Right to Try law, and the House narrowly revived it by one vote after a heated debate.
