- ➤ Christ's Ambassadors (formerly Early Risers) will host a weekly luncheon series every Thursday in May at New City Church with food, music, and speakers supporting the Young Lives program for teenage mothers. Sessions run 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with individual tickets at $15 or $55 for the full series. KRTV

- ➤ Great Falls native Loren Schauers shares his inspiring journey after a traumatic forklift accident on TLC’s One Day in My Body; his resilience and advocacy for disability awareness will be shown each Wednesday at 7 p.m. Loren and his wife Sabia are also raising funds for a handicap-accessible vehicle. - ➤ The Montana Solstice Arts & Craft Spring Show will be held on Saturday, May 2 at Holiday Village Mall (lower level on 10th Avenue South) from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It will offer free admission and a range of handcrafted treasures for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and spring essentials. KRTV

- ➤ Great Falls College received a $637,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to expand its Veterinary Assistant and Veterinary Technician programs. The grant will cover travel, exam fees, specialized equipment, and a peer mentoring program (annual capacity of 16 students) to remove barriers for future veterinary careers. KRTV
