- ➤ City Commissioners approved a $445,000 contract on May 6 to repair the historic ceiling at Mansfield Theater using Custom Plaster, LLC and funding from a Montana Historic Preservation Grant, though the project faces a $47,700 shortfall that staff plan to cover by pursuing private donations & additional TIF funds; repairs are set to begin on June 1 & the work is part of ongoing restoration efforts.
