- ➤ Electric City Water Park and neighborhood pools open at noon on June 6 while Mitchell Pool stays open despite the Flow Rider and Lazy River being closed this summer due to safety issues; repairs for the Flow Rider are scheduled for fall 2025, and splash pads at Lions Park begin on May 24 with others opening on June 6. EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Nearly 800 Cascade County fourth-graders participated in Ag Days on Thursday at Montana Expo Park, exploring nine interactive stations with ice cream making and live farm animal demonstrations — designed to show them where their food comes from. KRTV
- ➤ The North Middle School archery team returned from nationals in Salt Lake City after competing against hundreds of youth. The team posted personal best scores and found the experience inspiring, with coach Rieger noting it provided valuable lessons (and a boost in team spirit) for future competitions. KXLH
- ➤ The High School House project finished its latest build in Great Falls with a ribbon cutting that marked 48 completed affordable homes. Great Falls Public Schools students worked with NeighborWorks Great Falls and supported donors (Governor Gianforte and Mike Rowe) to learn trades and boost first-time homeownership. KRTV
