- ➤ Dozens of residents attended a public hearing on May 15th at the Cascade County Zoning Board of Adjustment to discuss a permit application from Healing the Circle Lodge to convert a home into an inpatient chemical dependency facility—residents raised concerns about the location and service limitations, and the board recessed its decision until additional information is submitted.
