- ➤ Charlotte Mary Andrade, 20, is charged with deliberate homicide and attempted deliberate homicide after she shot two people at the Phoenix Apartments on June 9, 2025—one victim, Darien Bickel, died at the scene and the other was treated and released while she also faces felony criminal endangerment and misdemeanor criminal mischief after admitting she fired from an upstairs window. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Today, crews from the Montana Department of Transportation and Riverside Contracting Inc. resumed work on I-15 near Wolf Creek to apply a seal and cover (chip seal) and final pavement markings along about eight miles in Wolf Creek Canyon; drivers will experience reduced speed limits and single-lane traffic. They have replaced roughly two feet of degraded roadway material since 2023 and expect the work to take several weeks to complete. The Electric
