- ➤ In Cascade County, the median home listing price in April fell slightly to $413,725 from $417,000 last month — though it was 10.7% higher than in April last year, with homes spending a median 39 days on the market and 126 new listings added to an active market. Great Falls Tribune
- ➤ Realtor.com data showed that in February the median home sale price in Cascade County increased to $302,469 from $295,315 in January, with single-family homes rising to $302,552 and condominiums and townhomes reaching $293,020.
