- ➤ Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Montana is hosting a raffle to raise funds for its mentoring program—currently with 20 children on the waiting list—by offering a $10,000 grand prize, a $2,000 second prize, and a $1,000 third prize with tickets costing $20 each or 6 for $120 available at select Great Falls and Helena locations. - ➤ James Dennis was arraigned Monday, June 16 at the Cascade County Courthouse on charges of theft, assault with a weapon, criminal endangerment, and assault on a peace officer following a series of vehicle thefts and a high-speed chase in which he allegedly fired at officers and collided with another vehicle — he pleaded not guilty with his trial set for October 7. - ➤ The Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art in Great Falls added a new sculpture titled 'Meet Me In Montana' created by Ukrainian artist Janina Myronova during her 2024 residency at the Archie Bray Foundation—this larger-than-life piece features Eastern European elements and Montana symbols as a permanent welcome to visitors. The artwork was acquired with local support and now stands at the museum's sculpture garden as the first major U.S. installation of Myronova’s work. KXLH
