- ➤ Ardent TAC Data Centers, an Atlanta-based company, proposed a 2 million-square-foot hyperscale data center campus on a 569-acre site adjacent to AgriTech Park with an investment of $1 billion to $1.5 billion. GFDA said the project, +dubbed Project Cardinal+, will create 1,500 to 2,000 construction jobs and 150-200 permanent positions as it must secure power and pass zoning reviews +expected to take 12-18 months+ with first phases coming online by late 2027 to early 2028. - ➤ Great Falls Public Schools is rolling out its bright green food truck to parks and schools to serve free summer lunches to children—partners include USDA, Benefis and No Child Hungry Montana. The truck will visit spots like Gibson Park and school parking lots until August 14 to help children who normally rely on free or reduced-price meals during the school year. KRTV

- ➤ Governor Gianforte vetoed Senate Bill 188 that would have let local businesses and homeowners subscribe to a community solar array & receive credit on their bills, saying the plan was too vague on how to set the credit rate. - ➤ On Monday the Black Eagle Community Center held a spaghetti dinner that raised about $6,000 for high school baseball in Great Falls, adding to a total of over $45,000. Greg Schoby said the group aims to reach 101,000 by the end of July — the funds will help local students, including 14-year-old Sean Kelley, play for their school teams. KRTV
