- ➤ Bing Ahenakew was transferred from Cascade County Adult Detention Center to Montana State Prison this month after signing a plea deal earlier this spring that sentenced him to 40 years — with 20 years suspended — for a May stabbing that left Tammey McWilliams, 51, dead and credited him with 701 days of credit for time served. - ➤ Great Falls International Airport will add a fee of $50 to $500 per international flight to pay for an estimated equipment cost of nearly $76,000 plus $10,000 a year for services+Officials said the fees will run for 3 to 5 years and will not affect domestic flights. KRTV

- ➤ Today, the city and contractor Capcon LLC begin a downtown drainage project that has closed 3rd Street South from Central Avenue to 2nd Avenue South and 1st Avenue South at 4th Street South for storm drain replacement and detour traffic.
