- ➤ The Great Falls Public Library’s Summer Music Series will begin Tuesday, July 1, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Library Park—featuring pop/rock band Savvy and comfort food by Mac Attack—and will run every Tuesday until August, moving indoors to the Cordingley Room if weather disrupts events. KRTV

- ➤ Great Falls police reported that 352 out of 1147 traffic accidents occurred on 10th Avenue South last year—wrecker driver Casey Pozder said drivers must slow down and avoid using phones. KRTV

- ➤ Cascade County public works will auction 21 older fleet vehicles and one tractor in July at Ox and Sons. Les Payne—county public works director—said the auction will try to get better bids after online sales failed to meet the reserve price. The Electric
- ➤ On June 24, Cascade County Commissioners approved a contract amendment for the jail booking area remodel with Copper Creek Construction that raised the project cost by $58,020 to $898,089 using ARPA and reserve funds to fix safety issues from overcrowding.
