- ➤ Great Falls Police warned people today not to fall for the White Van Scam after a report of a suspect offering $10,000 in stereo and electronics for $2,000 in a retail lot before speeding away in a black Ford Expedition (adult male, short dark hair, 5'10, 200 lbs, rented at Bozeman's airport). - ➤ Brie Jamieson from Great Falls will appear today on 'The Great American Recipe' on PBS at 7 p.m.—she is one of eight home cooks set to share her family recipes on a national stage. Jamieson, a wife, mom, teacher’s aide and food blogger living on Malmstrom Air Force Base, filmed the series last fall on a Nashville farm. KXLH

- ➤ Great Falls International Airport closed its fiscal year on June 30 with a record 387,416 passengers, beating the previous high of 381,223 set in 2015. The agency said the surge was driven by commercial airlines switching to larger aircraft after phasing out small jets (with Delta set to suspend its Minneapolis service on September 8 while United expanded fall capacity).
