- ➤ City Commissioners approved two labor agreements on July 1 with MFPE (59 employees in nine departments) and IBEW (covering four employees in two departments) that update contract language and adjust the employee health insurance cost split. Four unions will resume bargaining in July and August, and the commission will consider two more agreements on July 15. The Electric
- ➤ City Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Aug. 5 to consider Flower’s request for a conditional use permit to open a marijuana cultivation facility at 748 Crescent Circle in an I-1 light industrial zone—staff reviewed the application and found the proposed mitigation measures acceptable. The facility will operate during normal business hours and include indoor cultivation along with a dispensary, marking the first CUP application for marijuana cultivation in Great Falls. The Electric
