- ➤ The Salvation Army in Great Falls has launched a new mobile canteen—fully equipped with an oven, griddle, refrigerator, sinks, coffee maker, and microwave—that will serve over 500 meals per day during emergencies and community events, while trained staff offer emotional and spiritual care. The vehicle, funded by a grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. and private donors, can deploy across Montana, Idaho, Washington, or other areas as needed. KRTV

- ➤ On July 17, the Great Falls Police arrested a passenger with a felony warrant and charged a driver for fleeing during a chase that ended on Warden Bridge—later, officers detained a driver of a small red car after a hit and run struck parked vehicles on Second and Ninth Streets, with both drivers facing multiple charges.
