- ➤ Some Great Falls businesses on Sixth Street SW have suffered since MDT closed the northbound lane without proper notice, which dropped Karma Coffee Brewing’s revenue by 60%. MDT said the contractor asked to speed up work—so the northbound lane will reopen by Sunday, the southbound lane will close until Aug. 12, and the whole project will finish by early to mid-September.
