- ➤ Rising country singer Avery Anna, whose viral TikTok cover of 'Say Something' led to a record deal at seventeen, will headline the Harvest Howl fundraiser for Camp Rotary on November 7 in Great Falls to support camp maintenance in the Little Belt Mountains. The 22-year-old artist will perform her mix of country, rock and acoustic pop at the event organized by the Great Falls Rotary Club (tickets can be purchased individually or by table). KRTV
- ➤ Great Falls has many community events planned over the next week—highlights include a Plane Pull on September 13 at Holman Aviation where teams will pull an aircraft to support Special Olympics Montana, Arts On Fire Festival at Paris Gibson Square, and a Best Day 5K fundraiser on September 14 at West Bank Park. Other events offer art shows, driver safety courses, fundraisers and local celebrations that let people join in and support their community. KRTV
BUSINESS NEWS
- ➤ Town Pump announced plans to build a 6,757-square-foot casino, lounge and liquor shop at 1525 Third Street NW on the former Best Wok site. The project will be completed by late 2026 and will create about eight jobs—adding new convenience options to Great Falls. KRTV
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Great Falls Public School District students are expanding the LIFT program to help classmates showing signs of anxiety, with about 150 students trained from middle and high schools. The program is supported by partners — United Way, Alliance for Youth and Touro College. KRTV

- ➤ Toby’s House purchased property near Carter Park and withdrew its lease request for city parkland — two donors secured land near the park — with the city notified on Sept. 8. City Manager Greg Doyon said the change will help the project that is set to break ground in October. The Electric
- ➤ On Saturday, September 6, 2025, the Montana Air National Guard welcomed home more than 130 Airmen from the 120th Airlift Wing after an overseas deployment—family and colleagues greeted them at Great Falls International Airport as the unit prepares to switch from C-130H to C-130J aircraft. KXLH
