- ➤ Edward Boland, an Eagle Scout candidate, completed a waterline project at Calvary Cemetery by installing 1,800 feet of pipe that connects the cemetery to Highland Cemetery’s water supply—expected to help protect the grounds against future damage. KRTV

- ➤ Great Falls Public Schools approved a $1.2 million contract on Sept. 22 to remodel the former GFH shop at Great Falls High School into a district learning center. Wadsworth Builders Company won the bid and the project is funded through Montana's innovative educational tax credit program (which has already raised about $2 million for GFPS). The Electric

- ➤ Gov. Gianforte and mining executives held a groundbreaking ceremony in Thompson Falls on Thursday to start expanding the Montana antimony mine, which will boost production fivefold by the end of the year—this project is linked to a $245 million military contract that supports national security. - ➤ The City of Great Falls and Cascade County will begin repairs on 1.58 miles of Airport Bench Road on Sept. 29 and close the road for a week with a detour via Briggs Road—approved in August through an interlocal agreement, the project will replace the aging asphalt with gravel. The Electric
