- ➤ Great Falls Neighborhood Council 6 will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 1 at Sunnyside Elementary School library to review a community update from Calumet, election law changes, traffic concerns on 4th through 7th Street on 13th Avenue South, and a crime mapping report. - ➤ Great Falls Public Schools board approved changes in substitute teacher pay at its Sept. 22 meeting, setting new daily rates for licensed and unlicensed subs effective Aug. 27—aiming to ensure qualified classroom coverage during teacher absences.
