  • A Great Falls mother said police restrained her deaf son, Jeremy (who has PTSD and ADHD), during a mental health crisis, leaving him injured and frightened. Cascade County officials noted that officers are not fully trained for such situations and a grant will fund a new mobile crisis response team within the year.  KXLH

SPORTS NEWS

  • On Oct. 16, C.M. Russell High beat Billings Skyview 32-8 to clinch the No.3 seed in the Eastern AA standings as quarterback Caleb Taylor set the team record for pass completions by surpassing his older brother and the team racked up 303 rushing yards while the defense held the Falcons to 147 yards — they will face Great Falls High on Friday, Oct. 24 at Memorial Stadium.  Great Falls Tribune
