- ➤ Today, Great Falls enforces a new ordinance that restricts fireworks after a local vote passed with a 55% majority to limit certain types—only sparklers, fountains, and minor novelty items are allowed, and violators may face fines up to $1,000, court appearances, and confiscation of their fireworks.
