Neighborhood Council 4 will review a proposal for a 154-pad mobile home park at 4600 7th Ave. N. on July 24 — the plan calls for annexing 25 acres with R-10 zoning, off-street parking, sidewalks, and park space, with further reviews scheduled by the planning board in September and the City Commission in October.
