If you're planning your Monday around the weather, here's the good part: most major Montana cities should top out in the 40s, but Great Falls, Cut Bank and Glendive could warm to the 50s. Normal highs for early November run between 49 and 53 degrees.

The wet, windy part of this system sits farther east. Q2 News says a cold front late Sunday into Monday brings peak gusts of 20 to 40 mph, before winds taper off Monday night. After that, a dry, near-average pattern settles in for the next seven days.

  • Winter storm advisory: 11 p.m. Sunday to 8 p.m. Monday
  • Next 7 days: dry, near-average pattern across Montana
  • Days 8 to 14: warmer than average expected
  • Blowing snow could cut visibility to ¼ mile in the mountains

Great Falls could see 50s as Glendive and Miles City could get over an inch of rain
